Face of V – terms and conditions 1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only excluding employees of any of the Promoters, their families, agencies, or anyone else directly connected with the promotion. 2. Entrants must be 16 years or over. Entrants under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent. 3. Only one entry per person. 4. To take part in the promotion, you need to send a photo of yourself by text to 07734 999 119 (UK) Texts are charged at the standard network rate of your provider. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Tuesday 14th August 2007. 5. Photos entries must be of your face and shoulders. No body or nude photos will be considered. Photos meeting these criteria will be posted on www.faceofv.com. 6. Two winners will be selected every fortnight of the promotion on the 13th July, 27th July, 10th August by Storm Models from the photos entries received based on the entrant’s model potential. 7. The four winners will each win: a. a pair of weekend camping tickets to V Festival at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and a Sony Ericsson K880i phone each. The Sony Ericsson K880i phones come with connection to Virgin Mobile network (Virgin Mobile terms and conditions of the pay as you go service apply). The winners and their companions accept any additional conditions imposed by the organisers of the V Festival; and b. the chance to be entered into the competition to win the “face of v”. Storm Models will also be scouting the V Festival looking for other potential models. One male and one female winner of “face of v” will be selected from the potential models picked out by Storm Models (and the four V Festival ticket winners) and they will win a photographic shoot with Steve Emberton, organised by Storm Models. The winners of “face of v” will have to organise their own transport to and from the shoot. The shoot will take one day in Central London (food, drinks and overnight accommodation is not provided). The winners will be able to keep the images from the shoot. More details to follow on the promotion. Storm Models will organise the date of the shootStorm Models cannot commit to signing the winners of the Face of V onto their books. The winner will be invited down to London for their own test shoot which will be reviewed by Storm Models. The Face of V is not automatically taken on by Storm Models. 8. V Festival tickets will be sent out at least 48hours before the V Festival by recorded delivery post. The winners will receive their Sony Ericsson K880i phone within 28 days of being informed that they have won. 9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 10. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. 11. By entering the promotion you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by this legal stuff. 12. Photo entries cannot be returned. The entries will only be used for the purposes of this competition. 13. Regretfully, the Promoters are not responsible for photo entries which are not received because of system or network failures. 14. Winners may be required to take part in post event publicity. 15. The Judges decision is final at all stages and no correspondence will be entered into.
